Joy exudes energy and is loving, mischievous and active. Beautiful and happy, she catches the eye of judges, and is a friend to everyone.

She has sweet, gentle temperament and loves people of all ages, dogs, cats, puppies, and kittens.

As a Reading Education Assistance Dog, Joy loves listening to the elementary school children who enjoy reading her stories, and she's been a registered therapy dog since shortly after her first birthday. Joy regularly visits a domestic violence shelter where she loves being brushed and listening to her young friends.

In 2009, we bred Joy and Michael, and they had two puppies, Luke and Augie. Joy is a great mother and loves her sons. Luke lives with us and shows in conformation. He's in training to be a therapy dog. Augie lives with his Aunt Splash and is a therapy and agility dog.

Joy was also a blood donor for six years.
